1. Business Scope

Grain Routes (K K Traders) is a B2B wholesale supplier. All products are sold in bulk quantities to businesses, distributors, wholesalers, and exporters. We do not sell directly to individual consumers (retail).

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

The minimum order quantity is 50 kg per SKU unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sample packs are available for first-time buyers at no charge and do not carry an MOQ.

3. Pricing & Quotations

  • All prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue, subject to raw material price fluctuation.
  • Prices on the website are indicative. Final prices are confirmed at order time.
  • Freight charges are additional unless explicitly included in the quote.

4. Payment Terms

  • New buyers: 100% advance payment before dispatch.
  • Repeat buyers (after 3 orders): Credit terms may be extended at our discretion, typically 30 days from invoice date.
  • Accepted payment methods: NEFT/RTGS, UPI, cheque (subject to clearance).
  • A GST-compliant tax invoice is provided for every order.

5. Product Quality

All products are FSSAI-certified and manufactured at our Delhi facility. We warrant that products meet the quality specifications agreed at order confirmation. Weight tolerance is ±2% of the declared pack weight.

6. Liability

Our liability in all cases is limited to the invoice value of the goods in question. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages including loss of profit or business arising from use of our products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on grainroutes.com — text, images, product photography, and branding — is the property of K K Traders. You may not reproduce or distribute it without prior written consent. Private label clients retain rights only over their own brand assets.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from transactions with Grain Routes shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India. Governing law: Indian law.
