1. Dispatch Timelines
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days from the date of payment confirmation. For private label or customised packaging, allow an additional 3–5 working days for production.
Sample packs are dispatched within 48 hours on all working days (Monday–Saturday).
2. Transit Times by Region

Transit times are estimates and may vary based on transporter availability, public holidays, and remote delivery locations.
3. Freight & Charges
- Freight charges are calculated based on actual weight, destination, and transporter rates at time of dispatch.
- Freight is additional to the product price unless explicitly included in your written quote.
- For orders above 500 kg to major cities, we offer competitive consolidated freight rates — ask your sales contact.
4. Mode of Transport
We dispatch primarily via surface freight using reputed logistics partners (DTDC, Delhivery, regional transporters). Air freight is available on request for urgent orders at additional cost.
5. Tracking
A tracking number or lorry receipt (LR) number is shared on WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your shipment using the transporter's website or by contacting us directly.
6. Damage Claims
Inspect goods at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. Claims reported after 24 hours cannot be accepted. We will arrange replacement or credit at our discretion.
7. COD & Payment
Cash on delivery (COD) is not available for first-time buyers. After establishing a trading relationship (minimum 3 completed orders), COD or credit terms may be discussed. See our Terms & Conditions for payment details.
